The Free Use World
— a sex meme

cw: taboo sex, dubious consent. potential for incest, objectification, and various other potential triggers.

For this meme, scenarios are considered part of the free use fetish if they take place in a fictional place which has "universal consent." In short, in this fantasy, everyone is consenting at all times. Sex acts are as common and socially-acceptable as shaking hands. No one bats an eyelash at the boss fucking an employee in the middle of a meeting, or a customer taking a barista over a table.

Sex can happen at any time, in any place, and all parties are okay with it.

By another definition, in a free use world, people are simply freely available for others to use sexually at all times. Though the context can vary wildly, in free use smut, anyone can walk up to anyone else and do whatever they like without consequence or fear consent violation. There's no need to hold back. Acting on one's urges is normal and even encouraged.

A common standard in this fantasy involves the receiving party ignoring how they're being used and continuing on with their task. Society as a whole treats sex very casually, and all parties are okay (or at least complacent) with sexual encounters.

As everyone understands and accepts the rules of this world, what might be considered non-con in other circumstances simply isn't a thing. Consider this world the opposite of a non-con fantasy; everyone is consenting and everyone is happy.

Which sounds great on the surface, maybe, but a world everyone consents all the time could easily lead to some dark themes. Things that would ordinarily be seen as taboo are now the norm, and that might take some getting used to.

Leave a top-level for your character and your preferences and, potentially, a kink list. Preferences are super important here.
Just because the meme is about free use doesn't mean that everyone has to be okay with everything. Please make sure you're communicating OOC to create a thread that everyone can enjoy.

power imbalance Ordinarily, someone so high up shouldn't be sleeping with someone beneath them. But here, it's fine.

age difference In this world, it's not like you have any reason to try and resist going after the one you want, even if the age difference says otherwise .
sleeping Even while they're fast asleep, consent is consent.
public Sure, normally you shouldn't have sex on a crowded subway, but it's not like anyone is going to stop you.
private Wow, this personal art lesson did not go how you were expecting.
punishment Though, really, it's not THAT much of a punishment to be put out on display for everyone to take a turn. Maybe it's more of an honor in this society?
ius primae noctis It's not so bad to get a turn with the bride before her new husband does, is it?
cuckold So you're sleeping with someone's partner right in front of them. What's the big deal? It's free use!
sex toy With this kink taken all the way to the end, maybe you're nothing but a personal pleasure device for the people around you. No thoughts, just keep still and do your job.

We're all used to playing our characters in special circumstances--sharing a bath, AUed into a robot, in the rain, lost in the ball pit (well that's one way to get your extra hour)...but how often do we get to actually play our characters doing their day jobs?

This meme is for just that.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Write a starter about your character going about their day/night at work, wherever that may be.

If your character is a doctor, write them checking in on a patient, or having a meal in the hospital cafeteria. If they're a lawyer, write them at court. If they're a professional ghost-hunter? Yeah, that'd be a pretty neat starter too!

Be sure to include some sort of hook that allows other characters to join in the action, even if your character works alone. Maybe they brought their pile of research out to a cafe? Maybe they need help with something?

01 • FEAR. Maybe you're hearing strange, indeterminable noises; maybe there's a severe storm happening outside; maybe you watched a scary movie before bed? Whatever the reason, you're terrified and it's keeping you awake. You just want to wake someone else up so they can protect you from the monster in your closet.
02 • HUNGER. Your stomach is growling and it just won't stop. Or perhaps your throat is so dry you could cough up a tumbleweed? Well, you've gone to the kitchen to remedy this and hey, that was a pan that just dropped on the floor. It was loud enough to wake the dead! Oops.
03 • PAIN. Your body is completely worn out, be it from exercise, battle, sickness, or what have you. Either way you're in enough pain to keep you from sleeping, so maybe someone else has a home remedy or something, or can at least help you take your mind off of it.
04 • SOLITUDE. For some reason, your bed just feels so empty at the moment. You're feeling terribly lonely and really just want someone to keep you company for a while. Maybe it'd be easier to fall asleep if you're with them...
05 • DISCOMFORT. Your room is an oven. Either that or a freezer. Or maybe this bed is just really uncomfortable? Who knows why you can't get to sleep, it feels like it could be anything. Why even bother trying? Maybe someone else can preoccupy you until you feel tired enough to ignore your discomfort.
06 • PENSIVE. Something's on your mind, and no matter how hard you try to focus elsewhere, it's just not going to work. Your body may be tired, but your mind is incredibly busy and it's virtually impossible to get to sleep. Surely, talking it out with someone else will help?
07 • SADNESS. Something terrible has happened that day, perhaps; or you could just be severely depressed. Either way you're trying your hardest not to cry yourself to sleep, and it's not working at all. Better find a way to get it out of your system somehow; you need a shoulder to cry on.
08 • ANGER. You are just... fuming. Who knows why - that annoying dog is barking again, or maybe the people next door are getting busy and keeping you awake. Whatever the reason for your ire is, you'd better put an end to it so you can get some damn rest already! Go wake up a friend so you can complain to them.
09 • RESTLESS. You're far too energetic to sleep right now. Maybe you're just trying to do so out of necessity - you have to be up early tomorrow! But you just don't think you'll be able to fall asleep for a while now, so why waste the time trying to sleep when you could be doing something else? Namely bothering someone else - you're totally jealous because they're getting more sleep than you.
10 • WILDCARD. Choose one of the options above, or make up your own scenario.

The Room You Can't Leave Until You [x]

A strange trope from the corners of Twitter and Pixiv that relies on the fact that sometimes the most in-character way to get what you want from characters... is to force it.

Two characters are stuck in a room- usually a completely featureless room- with a sign that steadfastly declares the door to the room will not open unless they complete a task. The task can range from something harmless and embarrassing to something full out R-18. Some people enjoy playing up the sadistic captivity of whoever would arrange such a thing while others just enjoy the premise as an excuse.
There's a lot of flexibility so be clear about anything you do/don't want to play out!

The Lover's Jealousy Meme

Jealousy is an ugly trait, you know.

People have different levels of comfort when it comes to their significant other or person they're with. Some trust implicitly, knowing that nothing will come between them. Others try to be tolerant, though supposed hints keep them feeling uneasy. Still others, being hurt in the past, can take every little thing as a slight.

However, there isn't much wiggle room when someone makes a pass at your lover right in front of you.

And, to top things off, your partner didn't react with the right amount of disgust. Maybe they were trying to be friendly and polite, and surely they HAD to realize that they were being flirted with. It was a complete bald-faced attempt.

Emotions are... eh. We all have them, whether we want to or not. Some people have control over their emotions, and some people let their emotions control them. Where does your character fall on this spectrum? More importantly, what's their relationship with their emotions like? Do they bury everything deep, deep down inside, or are they the first one to cry over a sappy movie? Do they even know how they feel about what's going on inside? Pretty meta stuff.

No blank top-levels.
Instead, characters are to respond to the proposed question: can you handle your emotions? / are you in touch with your feelings?
Get deep. Look within. Hear, think feel... or don't.
